Sleeper VariantsEach variant of sleeper, Striker, Shooter, Scout, Rhino, etc. Headshots and body shots do not matter, and simply shooting this one at the moment is the best you can do. There is no confirmed weak spot, and damage values are fairly buggy with Big Shooters. Note: This section of Big Shooters is not 100% accurate and may be subject to change in future updates or upon further testing and results. Look exactly like their basic counterpart, just larger.īig shooters shoot 3 golden homing projectiles in quick succession. Popping both their Head and Stomach will usually lead to a kill, if not a few more shots will do the trick again. Note: This section of Big Strikers is not 100% accurate and may be subject to change in future updates or upon further testing and results.īig Strikers the same weak point as their basic counterpart, but as well their head is a weak point. They have a much larger Bloated stomach.īig strikers have two attacks, a swing of their arms, and a stomach attack. TLDR very unique game with excellent ambiance limited by requirements for near perfect execution that makes it impossible to play casually.Big strikers look exactly like their basic counter part with the slight changes in their neck and head being longer. Which for most people will probably mean locking them out from those types of runs. This is also disappointing because often harder side objectives generally have to be decided from the start, and not reactively later. So even if you enjoy the game and would like to do the rundown at just a lower difficulty level, you’re limited on what you can do as there’s completion requirements to proceed lower. It doesn’t help that you’re required to do extreme difficulty challenges to reach lower levels. I’d like to see them make it a bit more accessible on the baseline. It’s very inflexible by design and I think that will ultimately limit it’s possible player base. You’re required to either research or watch a guide which spoils the enjoyment of discovery and learning or spend several to dozens of hours (depending on extra difficulty challenges) per level learning it so you won’t fail. You, and most your team have to know each level to a T to really be successful and that barrier to overcome with people who only have a handful of hours weekly to game, near impossible. It’s that it requires near perfectionism in a way that I think makes it near impossible to casually play. It’s not even the difficulty of the gameplay itself. Extremely unapologetically difficult in a way that made all my friends quit. Love the ambiance, fun gameplay, a great coop game with the right people (generally good community on discord). Cross posting this from the “review the last game you played”. So been playing this for a few weeks now a few hours per week. They've got a really solid base for a game going here, and i want to see them continue to work on it. I hope the later levels explore more of this sort of thing. Having to type command queries into the computer consoles is awesome.I really dig having to synchronise the melee stealth take-downs with my team mates such that the horde doesn't get alerted. The teamwork and communication aspect is what makes the game good. These sections most resemble the clicker sections of the Last of Us, right down to the enemy design. A lot of the game is about sneaking around and avoiding fights. There are definite moments of tension though.I think it's kind of inherent to it being a 4 player game - nothing is really that scary when you are chatting with your friends and cracking jokes. It has a horror theme but I can't say i was really scared at any point.I have a Geforce 970 and an i5 4670k and I was hitting a constant 60+ fps with most of the settings on high at 1080p. It's not anywhere near as bad as stuff like the DayZ standalone beta, but it also doesn't touch something like Left 4 Dead. I think the main issue is the enemies - their animation appears to be running at a really low frame rate, and their movement is unnatural and jerky.

For instance, you can sneak up on the monsters when they are lit up, but not when they are doing their weird heart palpitations - we wasted a lot of time because this mechanic really wasn't made clear.

I actually had a really good time, and i think the game has a lot of potential. It took us a few attempts but we eventually managed to beat the first level. I got around to playing this for a few hours last night with a squad of four.
